Resin flooring costs between £40 and £125 per square metre installed in the UK, depending on the system: flake floors from around £55/m², quartz and epoxy from £70/m², metallic epoxy from £80/m², and faux marble from £95/m². Large commercial areas can fall below this range; small rooms carry minimum charges.
Epoxy flooring cost sits in the middle of the resin range, plain and flake epoxy systems are the most affordable (£55–£75/m²), while decorative epoxy resin flooring such as metallic and marble effects cost £80–£125/m² because of the additional pigment work and pouring time.

Proper diamond grinding and priming takes time and machinery that cheap quotes skip; industrial-grade resins cost more than DIY kits; and decorative finishes are poured by hand. A floor that fails in two years is far more expensive than one that lasts twenty.
