The workhorse,
done beautifully.

Broadcast flake systems with natural grip and industrial toughness, in blends from quiet stone to bold two-tone. Made for the rooms that work hardest.

Flake Collection

Durable, practical, endlessly customisable.

Flake is the system we specify when a floor's first job is to work hard. Vinyl flakes are broadcast into the wet resin in your chosen blend, then locked under a clear protective coat: textured enough to grip, sealed enough to wipe clean, tough enough for tyres, tools and trolleys.

Blends run from quiet single-tone stone effects to bold two-colour mixes, and the texture is naturally slip-resistant, which is why garages, utility rooms, workshops and commercial back-of-house floors are flake territory.

  • Slip-resistant broadcast texture as standard
  • Oil, fuel and chemical resistant surface
  • Garages, utility, workshops, commercial
  • From £55/m² installed, full cost guide

Good To Know

Questions, answered.

What is flake resin flooring?+

Decorative vinyl flakes broadcast into wet resin, then sealed under a clear topcoat. The result is a textured, slip-resistant, extremely hard-wearing surface, the workhorse of the resin family.

How much does flake resin flooring cost?+

£55–£75 per square metre installed, the most accessible system we offer. A single garage is typically £900–£1,400.

Why choose flake over paint or tiles in a garage?+

Flake systems are mechanically bonded to diamond-ground concrete, so they do not peel under hot tyres like paint, and they have no grout lines or edges to crack like tiles. Oil, fuel and brake fluid wipe off the sealed surface.
